Do you want to learn how to develop your child's brain? Families shape all kinds of experiences and habits in children's lives that will affect their physical, emotional and brain health. They shape things like how and what children eat, how they get to sleep, how much exercise they get, how much they read or use screens, as well as things like how they deal with conflict and how much they trust people.
This is a very big responsibility for parents and we don't get much help in figuring out how to do this. There is research that shows that factors like nurturing, exercise, and sleep actually change our brain, and this is especially true for children.
The Vermont Family Based Approach provides you with the supports you need to be nurturing, confident and to lead your family in strengthening their young brains.
Click on the bubbles below for suggestions on how to get started on improving your brain health!
