The Science
Music Changes Your Brain!
Music training influences many different parts of the brain that help with coordination, visuospatial ability, emotions, and impulse control.
Just like physical exercise, music tones the brain for auditory fitness. Auditory fitness is the ability to differentiate between sounds, our ability to listen and process language and sounds.
Rhythm, an important part of music, can improve our ability to read.
Learning to play music has also shown to benefit social interaction and communication.
