The WeeklyWire is an official communication tool of the Larner College of Medicine. Student feedback led to its development and continues to inform iterative improvements. All non-curriculum-related email communications are directed through the Wire to help support manageable email inboxes for our students; it's your one-stop-shop for all med school happenings outside of the classroom! • THIS WEEK - ORDERING DEADLINE - Order Commencement Regalia: 2/5 deadline. The University’s medical regalia is custom-made and therefore takes several months to produce. As such, you’ll need to order your regalia between January 8 and February 5th. Read more...

• Class of 2018 Match Day Eve Dinner hosted by the UVM Medical Alumni Association: 03/08 registration deadline. Online registration now open. A tradition to celebrate the transition from medical school to residency and bring the graduating class together for an evening of camaraderie with friends, family, alumni, faculty, and staff. Applications can’t be released to programs until all required documentation is uploaded. Transcripts can be requested online via the myUVM portal.

Larner COMcares

Big Change Roundup: The largest fundraiser for the Children's Hospital. Last year, over 2.5 tons of change was raised, equating to over $300,000. Every cent counts. A collection canister is in the student lounge and MS1s Liz Congdon, Jenny Holland, Collin Anderson, and Candi Wolf can also accept donations.
