- IT Support: There is no walk-in support without an appointment at this time. Access support via submitting a footprint or calling our support queue line (802-488-5553). If in-person or hardware support is required, we will coordinate over the phone or via Footprints/email about scheduling an appointment or shipping the equipment to us via FedEx.
- CATCard Not Working? Some students who enrolled in the GET Mobile app might encounter issues with their physical
card access - please use your phone/app until this is resolved (should unlock the doors); this was a security feature to prevent a student hosting two active IDs (phone and card). If you run into any issues with your CATCard, please do not
hesitate to contact our incredible CATCard Service Center team.

UVM Events under COVID-19: Events should be hosted remotely where and when possible to support our current shelter-in-place recommendations. UVM campus will limit any events/group gatherings to no more than 75 people indoors,
