(JANUARY 7, 2022) In a WCAX-TV story, UVM Professors of Psychiatry Hugh Garavan, Ph.D., and Alexandra Potter, Ph.D., discussed their $5.5 million grant to participate in the Phase II portion of the HEALthy Brain and Child Development (HBCD) Study, an initiative focused on gathering data on brain development from birth through early childhood. (OCTOBER 15, 2021) Tim Lahey, M.D., M.M.Sc., professor of medicine, authored a "First Opinion" column, titled "Feeling guilty about getting a booster shot? Here’s something you can do." The piece explores the fact that some people are reluctant to receive a booster shot due to vaccine equity issues.

(OCTOBER 6, 2021) Local CBS affiliate WCAX-TV Channel 3 aired a story previewing the UVM Larner College of Medicine's medical Class of 2025's October 8 White Coat Ceremony that featured interviews with Dean Richard L.
