• APPROACHING TRAINING DEADLINE - ACTION REQUIRED - Epic Upgrade Training Communication to Students: In case you missed it in your email, Epic Upgrade training is now available for all Epic users.  All training must be completed by October 31st in preparation for the upgrade scheduled for November 11th. • Interview Trail Resource - Swap & Snooze*: The Swap & Snooze site works by connecting medical students who are going on interviews with medical students in the area who would be willing to host them.

• Need immunization forms for your next rotation? Obtain a signed copy of the AAMC Standardized Immunization form from Student Health Services. To see your copy of the AAMC form, log onto mywellbeing.uvm.edu, locate the secure message in the “Messages” tab, retrieve the attached copy of their entire COM Clearance, and forward it to clinical sites, hospitals, etc., as requested. You can also obtain additional copies by following the Process for Obtaining Medical Records for Away Rotations.
