These upcoming residency application advising and financial preparation sessions in Preparation for Practice week 2 are open to anyone in the class of 2023, whether you are enrolled in the course or not. Please note that some sessions will be on ZOOM, and some will be in person.

- Requesting an LoR from the Department of Surgery Chair: If a residency program that you are applying to requires a letter of recommendation from the Chair of Surgery then we ask that you make your request as soon as possible,

option for gender (previously listed as sex). Thank you to the learners and constituents from the LGBTQ+ community who shared their perspectives with the AAMC and assisted in creating a more inclusive option.
- Office of Medication Education (OME) Staffing Updates:
- Caroline Wolf has accepted the full-time position of Business and HR Administrative Assistant for OME and officially starts full time with us on 06/21/2022.
- Chelsey Stack has accepted a position working with elementary school children at the Hinesburg Community School this summer and then Castleton Elementary School in the fall; her last day with OME is 07/08/2022.
- Jacqueline Drouin is leaving the position of OME Clinical Education Coordinator on 07/08/2022.
- Audree Frey has started as UVM’s Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) manager of the Public Health Program; her last day as the OME Global Health Coordinator was 05/30/2022.
