(SEPTEMBER 14, 2022) Monique McHenry, Ph.D.’12, M.S., assistant professor of pharmacology, was a guest on the Cannabis Cultivation and Science Podcast discussing plant stress and cannabinoid relationships.

A botanist with a background in plant diversity and evolution, Dr. McHenry is the director of the University of Vermont Cannabis Science and Medicine and Plant Biology Certificate programs, director of the Medical Cannabis Center for Research and Education, and co-director of the cannabis pharmacology course at UVM’s Larner College of Medicine. She is also co-founder of the CASE Institute, a plant-based pharmaceutical research enterprise.
