Emerging in the early 1900’s at a time when the US faced multiple challenges, Cooperative Extension showed itself to be an invaluable instrument of change. Learn how America’s farmers, ranchers and foresters have fared compared to those in other countries because of Extension worker effort to address the needs of local communities of service.
