Call for Proposals: 2024 Health Equity Summit

Discover and share exciting initiatives at the third annual Health Equity Summit, Building Solidarity: Sustainable Pathways Towards Health Equity. The Summit is a collaboration between community members, healthcare providers and educators to dismantle institutional barriers to health and enhance patient experiences.

Overview of the CODEX Platform: Ultrahigh Multiplexed Imaging of tissues

The CODEX System enables researchers to image 40+ protein markers in tissue samples at single cell resolution. Highly multiplexed imaging enables the study of different cell phenotypes and how they interact in situ to impact disease pathology and progression.

The webinar covered overview of how the CODEX imaging works, how to analyze images obtained using CODEX system, various applications for CODEX platform.
