The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont has a remarkable community that provides ample opportunities to connect with fellow graduate students, postdocs, staff, and faculty.     Christa Zehle, M.D., associate dean for students, has announced that Nathalie Feldman, M.D., education assistant professor of obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive sciences, has been appointed director of the Learning Environment in the Office of Medical Student Education at the Larner College of Medicine, effective May 2, 2017.

The event honored the late Dr. Larner and his wife Helen for their generosity and longtime dedication to and support of medicine, education and UVM over the past 32 years.

    Robert Larner, M.D., the Burlington native for whom the UVM Larner College of Medicine was named in September of 2016, died peacefully at his home in Woodland Hills, Calif. on Thursday, April 20, 2017. He was 99 years old.
