Notification of Criminal Charges, Arrests, or Indictments

Policy Statement
All students must immediately notify the Associate/Assistant Dean for Students of any criminal charges, arrest or indictments other than minor traffic violations. Driving Under the Influence (DUI)/Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) is NOT a minor traffic violation and must be reported. The Associate/Assistant Dean for Students
will meet with the student to discuss the charges, arrest, or indictments and an appropriate action plan.
