The Robert Larner, M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont has a remarkable community that provides ample opportunities to connect with fellow graduate students, postdocs, staff, and faculty. NNE-CTR member wins MTI award

NNE-CTR member Theresa Roelke just received an innovation grant from the Maine Technology Institute for her idea to mass produce the N95 resterilization process.  The build, testing and market analysis of the N95 mask sterilization prototypes will be funded by an MTI Investment grant.  "An Automated, N95 Sterilization System Prototype: An Innovative Approach to the Reuse of N95 Masks to Address an Acute Shortage During the 2020 CoV2 Pandemic and For Future Application in Healthcare" was approved for 25,000.  Congratulations Theresa!
