(MARCH 27, 2017) Stephen Higgins, Ph.D., director of the Vermont Center on Behavior and Health, authored a commentary piece in The Conversation that highlighted the success he and colleagues have achieved in research on the effects of financial incentives in promoting smoking cessation.
