Please join us for the 18th Annual Vermont Geriatrics Conference. The conference is designed to equip nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physicians, physician assistants, social workers and other healthcare professionals with practical and innovative approaches to the medical care of older adults.

Registration fees include the online course syllabus, lunch and continental breakfast. Enrollment is limited; we encourage you to register early. A waitlist will be used for registrations received after the course has filled.

Refunds may be obtained, minus a $50 administrative fee, if notice of cancellation is received by March 20, 2024. Substitutions can be arranged but refunds are not possible after March 20, 2024. PLEASE NOTE: those not pre-registered will be subjected to an additional $50 walk-in fee.

Note: This certificate establishes attendance in postgraduate education and is not a statement of competence on the part of the participant. Information provided should be used within the scope of practice and in accordance with the State Practice Act. The University of Vermont designates this activity for 7.25 continuing education credits for physical therapists in the State of Vermont.
