Registration fees include the online course syllabus, lunch and continental breakfast. Physicians can earn ABIM MOC credit (optional) without charge. Note: prices increase after April 19.
The conference syllabus will be available by electronic download in PDF Files. You will receive a notification (via the email you use to register for this conference), about a week before the conference, that presentations are available to download.
Refunds
Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $75, will be made only if notice of cancellation is received in writing by April 19, 2024. Refunds are not possible after that date. Substitutions may be possible; please call (802) 656-2292 to inquire.
Hotel
A limited number of hotel rooms are available at the Doubletree for the Diabetes conference at a group rate. Please use this booking link to reserve a room.
