Overview

This conference is designed to equip primary care clinicians, pharmacists, dietitians and others with updated knowledge on issues related to outpatient management of patients with diabetes. Specific topics to be addressed at this year’s conference include Lipid-Lowering Therapies to Reduce Cardiovascular Disease, Basal Insulin Use, Insulin Titration, MASLD (Liver Disease) and more.

Registration fees include the online course syllabus, lunch and continental breakfast. Physicians can earn ABIM MOC credit (optional) without charge. Note: prices increase after April 19.

The conference syllabus will be available by electronic download in PDF Files. You will receive a notification (via the email you use to register for this conference), about a week before the conference, that presentations are available to download.

Refunds

Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $75, will be made only if notice of cancellation is received in writing by April 19, 2024. Refunds are not possible after that date. Substitutions may be possible; please call (802) 656-2292 to inquire.

Hotel
