Welcome to the Vermont Center on Behavior and Health's new website to assist you during COVID-19. This website was designed to act as a centralized resource for people to find information on how to maintain health and wellness as well as practical resources (e.g, food banks and crisis numbers) during COVID-19 and
the changes that have come with it.
COVID-19 has required us all to make dramatic behavior changes in a short period of time. Health, both mental and physical, is of critical importance as we adapt to a new normal that includes physical distancing, increased online usage, more time
at home, and a stronger awareness of how our own actions impact others.
We hope you find these categories and resources helpful. We welcome your input as we continue to add to them and view this site as a living resource that will continue to grow and expand. If you have a suggestion, please contact us with your resource and we'll vet it and add it to the appropriate category.
