AAMC Building Better Curriculum webinar series: Developing Nutritional Competence in Medical Students and Residents

We will discuss the national conversations about nutrition education, including the White House's Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health and the recent Summit on Medical Education in Nutrition, hosted by ACGME, AAMC, and AACOM. We will hear from educational leaders in this area, involving both undergraduate and graduate medical education, and learn about opportunities to include nutrition education within the curriculum for medical students and residents.

2023 Transition to Residency (TTR) Educator Symposium
October 3, 2023 The Symposium is Free to all attendees and will be an interactive half-day with a plenary speaker, breakout sessions, poster/oral presentations, and networking opportunities. See below for information on submitting an abstract and information about nominating someone for Coordinator of the Year.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INFORMATION
The TTR Symposium is accepting abstract submissions that highlight innovative approaches or research related to helping medical students transition to residency. Follow this link (Symposium Abstract Submission) to submit an abstract. Two of the abstracts will be selected for a live oral presentation during the symposium. The other invited presenters will be asked to submit a PowerPoint of their poster paired with a 5-minute oral presentation to be included with our virtual posters. The deadline for submissions is 11 PM EST on SUNDAY AUGUST 13th, 2023.
