Dr. Berger

Christopher L. Berger, Ph.D.

Associate Dean for Undergraduate and
        Graduate Student Education & Postdoctoral Training

 

Dr. Berger has been on the faculty at The University of Vermont since 1994, with a primary appointment in Molecular Physiology & Biophysics and a secondary appointment in Biochemistry. He was the CMB Program Director from 2003 to 2006 and is currently Director of Graduate Education for the Larner College of Medicine.

Sarah has extensive experience advising at The University of Vermont, and currently has a primary focus on pre-health professions and medical science master's students. As Director of Health Professions Advisor, she provides one-on-one advising to students as they prepare for applying to health professions, including providing support around the medical school admissions process and timeline. In addition, she supports students in planning for their glide year and works with alumni as they work to reach their future goals. Sarah was a part time lecturer at the University where she taught a Foundations of Learning course, designed to support students in achieving academic success.
