This ECHO is designed for participants who are interested in developing clinical research skills by connecting with experienced clinical investigators and research professionals and to network with Northern New England's growing community of clinician-researchers so that we can learn about clinical research from each other.

We will meet the 3rd Wednesday of every month at noon by zoom. Each session will start with a 15 minute mini-lecture followed by a lively group discussion driven by questions from the participants, that can -but don't have to- be related to the topic of the mini-lecture. The Clinical Research ECHO will focus on developing all types of clinical research including investigator-initiated projects. Participants will learn how to:
- Access the most current resources and support available for clinical research
- Understand the responsibilities of the Principal Investigator and research team
- Evaluate the feasibility and/or financial impact of your research idea
- Identify knowledge gaps and choose the appropriate research type and study design
- Learn what to expect from the IRB and ethical reviews

Clinical research investigators and team members from northern New England, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, research coordinators,
medical students, etc.
WHERE?
Anywhere! The virtual model uses Zoom to allow you to participate from your organization or any location that is convenient for you
WHEN?
The 3rd Wednesday of each month from 12-1pm, starting September 15th.
