Audience
Target audience includes: Physicians, Nurses, EMTs, Paramedics, Other Health Care Providers.
Objectives
After attending this conference, participants should be able to:
- Review the risks of hypothermia and how to prevent them.
- Describe prevention strategies for tick borne illnesses.
- Develop team based approaches for cervical stabilization, back boarding and fracture management in the back country.
- Create your own first aid kit, so you can be safe and help others in the wilderness.
