Waiver Request

The Vermont Center on Behavior and Health is strongly committed to training a diverse group of scientists and practitioners and is able to offer a limited number of application fee waivers to applicants from groups that have been shown to be under-represented in the health-related sciences on a national level, including certain racial and ethnic groups (Blacks or African Americans, Hispanics or Latinos, American Indians or Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and other Pacific Islanders), individuals with disabilities, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Waiver requests are kept confidential. Please complete the form below and email it to Sarah Heil (sarah.heil@uvm.edu), Associate Training Director, by Friday, November 11, 2022.  You will receive a notification if you have received a waiver by Wednesday, November 16, 2022. You can then use the waiver code to waive the fee when you submit your application.
