The Graduate Alumni Awards Committee is seeking nominations for the Distinguished Graduate Alumni Award. This award will be given to an alumnus/a from the UVM Larner College of Medicine's Ph.D. or M.S. programs who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in basic, clinical or applied research; education; industry; public service/humanitarianism; and/or outstanding commitment to the Larner College of Medicine community.
The award is issued through a competitive process. The recipient's photo and award citation will be featured on the alumni award display board in the Given Building.
In order to submit a nomination, the following steps must be completed:

A supporting document outlining the reasons for nominating the individual must be via email or by mail to Dan Suder, 89 Beaumont Avenue, Given Building, N-300, Burlington, VT 05405.
The submission of your nominee's C.V. and other supporting information. **Nominators will be asked to help gather additional biographical information and/or assist in writing award citations for their selected nominees. Nominees not chosen for an award may be considered in future years.
